Kelley Bailey is a Greer native and proud graduate of Greer High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Education from Clemson University in 2006 after discovering her passion for working with young people. Inspired by her experiences as a camp counselor at the Broyhill Leadership Conferences and by the example of her parents, both longtime educators, she chose to pursue a career in education.

Mrs. Bailey began her career in 2007 as a Career Development Facilitator at Greer Middle School, where she had the privilege of serving in the same school community where her mother had made a lasting impact. After three years at Greer Middle School, she joined the Greer Middle College team, where she has continued to invest in the success of students. While at Greer Middle College, she earned a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University and remains committed to lifelong learning and professional growth.

As Internship Coordinator, Mrs. Bailey enjoys helping students explore career interests through meaningful, real-world experiences that prepare them for future success. She also serves as the Student Government Advisor, working alongside student leaders to create engaging events and activities that strengthen the school community. In addition, she oversees student enrollment and enjoys introducing prospective students and families to the unique opportunities available at Greer Middle College.

Outside of school, Mrs. Bailey spent 15 summers serving as a leadership camp counselor, mentoring young people from around the world. She and her husband are the proud parents of an adopted son, who joined their family in 2019, and they share their home with two dogs, Sawyer and Dexter.

Now in her fourteenth year as a Blazer, Mrs. Bailey is passionate about helping students discover their potential, achieve their goals, and create lasting memories throughout their high school experience. She is honored to be part of the Greer Middle College community and considers it a privilege to serve its students and families.
