Mrs. Jones will be teaching 7th grade English Language Arts at Greer Preparatory Academy. Originally from Montevallo, Alabama, she is a proud Alabama fan…Roll Tide! Mrs. Jones has dedicated her career to teaching middle school English Language Arts, where she loves helping students develop the reading, writing, and critical thinking skills that will serve them throughout their lives. She is Gifted and Talented certified, Read to Succeed certified, has completed graduate coursework in literacy education, and has participated in the National Writing Project. She and her husband have been married for more than ten years and have one daughter, who will also be joining the Greer Preparatory Academy family this year. Mrs. Jones is excited to join the Greer Preparatory Academy community and looks forward to getting to know the students and families of GPA!
